At Auto World Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
